We are a family-oriented, hands-on senior support and errand service based in Macon, GA. Our services include non-medical senior support coordination, client transportation logistics, everyday errand planning, help with account setup and government/benefits portals like ID.me and Social Security, recertification/renewal workflow support, basic tech support for seniors, light household chores assistance, and grocery pickup. 

**What are the boundaries or limitations of your services?**

While we offer a range of services, there are certain things we do not provide. We do not offer medical care, home healthcare, legal advice, or heavy cleaning services. Also, while we assist with the setup of government portals, we don't collect or store passwords, full SSNs, or banking details in chat. We guide secure, privacy-minded steps.

**What are your business hours and service area?**

Our business hours are Monday–Friday: 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m, and Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. We are closed on Saturdays. We are based in Macon, GA and our service area includes Bibb, Houston, Monroe, Twiggs, and Baldwin counties, plus Forsyth, GA. Typically, we take requests within a 10-mile radius of our base in Macon.

**What is your policy for grocery pickups?**

We offer grocery pickup services with a minimum size of about 10–12 bags. For large grocery deliveries, ground-floor access or an elevator is required as we do not carry large deliveries up stairs. Also, we do not pick up heavy items such as cases of water.
