Yes, we offer a First-Time Client Special at $49. This one-hour session lets you choose between a physical assessment with a stretch program, or an injury assessment with treatment. 

**Can I book just treatment for my shoulder at the clinic?**

Absolutely, our À la Carte Recovery Treatments are flexible sessions designed to address specific needs. Whether it's muscle work, targeted stretching, or treatment for a single area like your shoulder, we can accommodate your requirements.

**What’s the difference between group stretch and 1-on-1 sessions at Elevate Mobility & Recovery Clinic?**
