Embrace The Darkness LLC helps people process grief, trauma, and emotional overwhelm through somatic breathwork and nervous system-based healing. We provide long-term, body-centered support for those who feel stuck, shut down, or unseen by traditional mental health systems. Our signature program, Moving Forward with Grief, offers a 12-month container for deep healing, community, and transformation—without needing to talk through the pain.
