The Employed and Overjoyed Foundation exists to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing job training, employment opportunities, and ongoing support in the workplace. Our mission is simple — to help every individual discover their purpose, gain meaningful employment, and experience the joy and confidence that come with being part of a team. We partnered with Spencer’s Place coffee shop to create hands on learning where everyone is valued and included.
