**What are the cancellation policies and charges at Empowered Transportation LLC?**

Our fares are non-refundable within 72 hours of pickup. Cancelled rides within this window receive a 50% future ride credit, valid 180 days from the cancelled date. For airport pickups, we charge $45/hour wait after 45 minutes for domestic flights or after 60 minutes for international flights, prorated.

We are based in Southampton, NY 11968, but we service the NYC Metro area, all airports, and the tristate area. All our chauffeurs are area experts and can provide reliable and safe transportation in these areas.

**How does Empowered Transportation LLC handle flight delays?**

In case your flight is delayed, we offer a grace period of 45 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. After this, a waiting charge of $45 per hour applies, prorated for the actual duration. We understand that flight delays can be out of your control and we aim to be as flexible as possible.
