We offer three main packages tailored for different event needs:

1. The Essence Package is our entry-level offer at $750, best for small, intimate gatherings. It includes a 4-hour venue rental, tables & chairs for up to 30 guests, and basic layout setup. Please note that cleaning is not included in this package.

2. The Signature Faye Package, our most popular at $1,250, is ideal for birthdays, baby showers, and anniversaries. It includes a 5-hour venue rental, tables & chairs for up to 50 guests, basic décor, setup & breakdown, and access to a Bluetooth speaker. Standard cleaning is included.

3. The Marie Luxe Experience is our premium offer at $2,250. It's best for micro-weddings, upscale events, and milestone celebrations. This package includes a 6-hour venue rental, tables & chairs for up to 75 guests, premium décor and themed styling, full setup & breakdown, event coordination support, and a photo-ready design setup. Standard cleaning is also included.

**What are the policies for payments, refunds, and reschedules?**

We require a $200 deposit to reserve your date, which will be deducted from your total package cost. The remaining balance should be cleared 7 days before the event. Please note that we do not accept day-of payments.

Our refund and reschedule policy is simple. The $200 deposit is non-refundable. You can reschedule once if you make the request 14+ days before the event, subject to availability. The deposit transfers once without any reschedule fee. If you cancel 14+ days before the event, we may refund the payments made (minus the deposit). Within 14 days of the event, there are no refunds, and rescheduling may be offered at our discretion. 

**What are the rules for food, vendors, and alcohol at your venue?**

We allow outside vendors and food. Alcohol is also permitted, but only with appropriate licensing such as a licensed bartender. We do not allow open flames unless proper licensing/approval is obtained. These details will be collected and confirmed during the booking/tour.

**What are the responsibilities of guests regarding cleanup, security, and damages?**

Guests are expected to leave the space in good condition, following our venue guidelines. If you choose the Essence Package, you'll be responsible for trash removal, sweeping/mopping, and vendor cleanup. For other packages that include cleaning, standard cleaning is covered, but excessive mess, stains, or damages may result in additional charges. Any damage to the venue, furniture, décor, or equipment caused by the renter, guests, or vendors may be charged to the renter. Depending on the event details, we may require a security/incident hold or additional documentation.
