We create self-sufficiency and independence for mature adults through education and application of specific movement. We Provide Virtual and in person programs which through instruction and participation, inform, educate and improve, Physical Strength, endurance, coordination, flexibility and cognition. Through the ‘Efficacy in Aging Program’ participants become inspired to commit to a regular fitness schedule which enables them to improve physically,mentally and enjoy more independence.
