**What services does Fergies Instructional Training Fit LLC offer?**

We offer personal training, functional fitness classes, and fall prevention programs. Our personal training provides one-on-one coaching personalized to your goals, ability, and comfort level. The functional fitness classes are group-based training focused on strength, mobility, balance, and everyday movement patterns. Our fall prevention program includes balance and strength programming with practical movement strategies to reduce risk and boost confidence.

**Who are the primary audiences for Fergies Instructional Training Fit LLC?**

Our primary audiences are adults aged 55 and over who want to stay active, strong, and independent. This includes retirees and pre-retirees, as well as adults who want to reduce fall risk and improve balance. We also welcome beginners or people who may feel intimidated by traditional gyms.

**How does Fergies Instructional Training Fit LLC differ from other fitness centers?**

We provide a warm, judgment-free environment focusing on functional, real-life movement, not just “workouts”. We have a special emphasis on fall-prevention and confidence-building, tailored to help older adults stay strong and independent.

**What should I expect when I schedule a consultation with Fergies Instructional Training Fit LLC?**
