We offer a range of services tailored for women of all ages and abilities. Our offerings include BootCamp / Small Group Classes, Personal Training, and Nutrition Coaching. Each of these programs is designed to help women build strength, confidence, and consistency in a safe, inclusive environment.

**How are Fierce Fitness programs structured?**

Our BootCamp / Small Group Classes follow a coached training program that builds strength, conditioning, and consistency. The Personal Training program offers individualized coaching with reserved time slots, providing a more personalized approach. Our Nutrition Coaching provides practical guidance to support performance, fat loss, muscle gain, and long-term health.

**How does payment work at Fierce Fitness?**

When someone purchases our Personal Training program, they're reserving session time slots for the entire month. Payment is due on the first training day of the month unless other arrangements have been made. We send out invoices on the 1st via text or email with an online payment link. We accept various payment methods, including debit card, cash, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal.

**What is Fierce Fitness's cancellation and refund policy?**

Our cancellation and refund policies vary based on the program. For Personal Training, we do not offer refunds. If a cancellation happens with less than 24 hours notice or is a no-show, we do not provide make-ups or credits. For cancellations with 24+ hours notice, we do our best to reschedule a make-up session at the earliest available time. For our BootCamp / Small Group Classes, we use a 12-class punchcard system that does not expire. Specific cancellation/refund policies for these classes can be obtained by contacting us directly.
