FlexHaus Studio

Our mission is to empower individuals—particularly women—to reclaim their strength, confidence, and balance through Pilates. Our vision is to build a strong, health-conscious community centered around movement, education, and inclusion. We offer group reformer classes, private sessions, and a unique solo workout option where clients follow digital workouts on mounted TVs at each station. We also launched a branded activewear line to promote wellness and confidence beyond the studio.
