**What is the process of recovering surplus funds after a foreclosure?**

We facilitate the recovery process of surplus funds following the public auction of a foreclosed property. This typically involves research to identify whether surplus funds exist and where they are held, preparation and filing of court documents, attending required hearings, and supporting the process of releasing the funds.

**How can Foreclosure Relief Co. assist me as a previous homeowner or heir in this process?**

We provide calm, clear guidance through this stressful process. We handle all stages end-to-end including research, filings, and hearings. Our primary focus is to help previous homeowners and heirs explore recovery of surplus funds after a foreclosed property public auction.

**What are the costs involved in your services?**

We operate on a contingency basis. This means we do not charge any upfront fees or out-of-pocket costs. Our fee is 30% of the recovered funds, which is collected only upon successful recovery. If there is no recovery, there is no charge.

**What information do I need to provide to start the process?**

You can submit your case details by emailing us at ForeclosureReliefCo@pm.me. The required information includes the case number (if known), full name of the claimants, subject property address, date of the sheriff's sale or foreclosure auction (if known), parish/county and state (if known), your relationship to the property/borrower, and your current contact info.

**Where does Foreclosure Relief Co. operate?**

We are based in Duson, Louisiana and are primarily focused on cases within the state. However, we may assist in other states on a case-by-case basis as we expand. Even if you're outside Louisiana, we encourage you to submit your details and we'll confirm coverage after review.
