**What services does From Paris With Love Okc offer?**

We specialize in custom embroidery and Direct to Film (DTF) printing, offering a hybrid approach to custom apparel. We handle orders of any size, from single items to bulk, always emphasizing small-batch flexibility. Our primary goal is to provide premium thread work on anything from polos to jackets and vibrant, full-color prints with high durability on any design.

**How can I place an order with From Paris With Love Okc?**

To place an order or request a quote, please email us at fpwl.919@gmail.com. Include your name, email address, a description of what you're looking for (including quantity, style, and deadline, if relevant), and your preferred contact method. We'll follow up with a timely, personalized response.

**What is your payment and refund policy?**

We require a $15 deposit for all orders, which is applied to the final invoice. As our work is custom-made, we do not offer refunds. All details are confirmed upfront, and custom work is considered final unless otherwise specified.

**Do you serve customers outside of Yukon/OKC?**

Yes, we do! While we're based in the Yukon/OKC outskirts, we offer shipping for anyone interested in our custom apparel, no matter where they're located. Local customers can also arrange for in-person pickup.

**What is the difference between embroidery and DTF printing?**

Embroidery involves creating designs with premium thread work, which is perfect for professional results on garments like polos to jackets. On the other hand, Direct to Film (DTF) printing allows for vibrant, full-color prints with high durability, which can be tailored for any design. Both techniques offer unique advantages and can be chosen based on the specific needs and preferences for your custom apparel.
