Reiki is a form of energy healing that helps restore balance and harmony within the body. At Gentle Life Support, we integrate Reiki with gentle nervous system support to help clients decompress safely, release stress, and reconnect with deep rest. Our sessions are designed to be calming and restorative, particularly for caregivers, healthcare professionals, and individuals experiencing chronic stress or emotional exhaustion.

**What services does Gentle Life Support offer and what are their prices?**
We offer three primary services. The Gentle Reset Session and the Nervous System Reset are both 90-minute 1:1 sessions that cost $90 each and can be conducted either in-person or remotely. The Restorative Reiki Circle is a 75-minute in-person group session, limited to a maximum of 6 participants, priced at $50 per person.

**How do I book a session with Gentle Life Support?**
To book a session, visit our website and click on 'Begin your healing journey'. Here you can complete our booking form/inquiry. Please note that sessions can be booked a minimum of 2 weeks in advance and a maximum of 1 month in advance.

**What is Gentle Life Support's cancellation and rescheduling policy?**
If a client needs to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the loss of the session fee. If a client arrives late, the session still ends at the originally scheduled time. Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice are considered a no‑show and the session fee will not be refunded.

**Does Gentle Life Support offer retreats?**
At this time, we are planning to begin retreats in 2027. If you're interested in our upcoming retreats, we'd be happy to add you to our retreat waiting list.
