Our emphasis is on nervous system restoration and promoting deep rest, steering away from a "push through" mentality. The founder is a Registered Nurse and a Reiki practitioner, which brings a unique blend of medical and holistic knowledge to the healing sessions.

Each session with Gentle Life Support is a soothing, restorative experience integrating Reiki with calming nervous system support to help clients relax and release emotional pressure. We offer both one-on-one and small group sessions, which can be conducted in-person or remotely. Expect a warm, nurturing, and calm approach towards your healing journey. 

**How can I book a session with Gentle Life Support?**

**What is Gentle Life Support's cancellation and rescheduling policy?**

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of the session fee. If clients arrive late, their session ends at the originally scheduled time to accommodate subsequent appointments. If clients are more than 15 minutes late, their session will likely need to be rescheduled.

Gentle Nervous System Reset

Small group healing sessions that offer gentle energy work, relaxation, and a supportive space for emotional renewal. 75-minute in-person group, limited to a maximum of 6 participants, $50 per person.

Restorative Reiki Circle

Nature-based wellness retreats designed for deep rest, reflection, and emotional healing away from daily stress. Tentative Spring 2027. We would be happy to add you to our retreat waiting list.

The Gentle Retreat

90-minute Reiki session designed to release stress, calm the nervous system, and restore emotional balance.

The Gentle Reset Session

A one‑on‑one session reviewing symptoms, lifestyle patterns, and review lab results. Includes personalized wellness plan, workbook, and lifestyle guidance. Session Length: 60 minutes
