Georgia Mountain Mediation

Mediation involves the intervention of a third person, the mediator, into a dispute, conflict or disagreement, to assist parties in negotiating a jointly acceptable resolution and outcome of issues or conflict. The mediator meets with the parties at a neutral location where the parties can discuss issues and explore a variety of solutions.
