Glowbabies Tales & Co is a purpose-driven children’s storytelling and educational brand and merchandise line. We are built around the Glowbabies, seven heroic firefly characters who teach positive life lessons through imaginative adventures. 

**What kind of merchandise do you offer?**

We offer a variety of merchandise, primarily focusing on Glowbabies T-shirts. We have the Original Glowbabies Short Sleeve T-shirt with the heroes on the front and villains on the back, and the Special Edition Signed Short Sleeve T-shirt featuring signed group artwork on the front and villains on the back.

**How does the custom Glowbabies T-shirts process work?**

For custom Glowbabies tees, the back is blank unless requested. The custom total is calculated as the base size price ($18–$28) + customization fee (+$5/+10/+20) + optional back (villains +$8 or custom +$10) + optional rush (+$10). All custom shirts must be paid for before production begins.

**How can I place a custom order?**

To place a custom order, you can collect the details in chat, and then email us at glowbabiestalesco@gmail.com with the subject line: “Custom Glowbabies Tee Request — [Customer Name] — [Character/Design] — [Qty] — [Need-by Date]”. Phone number is optional. We’ll text/call within 24–48 hours.

**What are the Glowbabies Mini Quizzes?**

We offer two mini quizzes to help shoppers. The first quiz, "Which Glowbaby matches you?", helps shoppers choose a hero character based on their answers to three questions. The second quiz, "Which villain is chasing your glow?", helps make the villains back design feel collectible and fun, and naturally encourages the villains back option (+$8) for custom tees.
