**What are the customization options for wigs at Goddess Glo?**

At Goddess Glo, we offer a range of wig customization options to ensure you get the perfect fit and style. You can choose from different lengths ranging from 10" to 30"+, various textures like Straight, Body Wave, Loose Wave, Deep Wave, Water Wave, Kinky Straight, Kinky Curly, and Curly, and different densities such as 150%, 180%, 200%, and 220%+. We also offer small, medium, and large cap sizes. 

**What is Goddess Glo's shipping and processing time?**

Our processing time usually takes 2–5 business days. After processing, the standard shipping duration is 3–7 business days. So, the total estimated delivery time is approximately 5–12 business days. For custom, pre-order, or made-to-order wigs, we provide a separate timeframe, labeled as an estimate.

**What is Goddess Glo's return policy?**

For hair/wigs, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. However, returns are not eligible if the item has been cut, colored/dyed, washed, installed, styled, altered, or worn. Tags and original packaging must be intact. Note that opened/used beauty products, lashes, cosmetics, and hair-care products are generally non-returnable. For custom wigs, they are final sale unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
