For those who want us to create the experience, our professionally designed packages offer customized styling for luxury teepee sleepovers, outdoor picnics, birthdays, Sweet 16s, girls’ nights, date nights, showers, and special celebrations. Professional designs may include luxury teepees, cozy bedding, decorative pillows, themed décor, ambient lighting, picnic tables, styled tablescapes, florals, place settings, and personalized details based on your selected package. From intimate indoor sleepovers to beautifully styled outdoor experiences, each celebration is created around your occasion, space, and vision. DIY or professionally designed—the experience is yours to make memorable.

Self-Service Décor Rentals
Individual rentals starting at $5 Create your celebration your way with Graceful Gatherings Self-Service Décor Rentals. Individual rental items start at just $5, with pricing based on the item, quantity, style, and selections needed for your event. Choose from chairs, linens, charger plates, centerpieces, table décor, backdrops, signage, themed accessories, picnic décor, teepee items, and more. Clients may select individual pieces or build a larger décor rental collection around their celebration and budget. You pick up, style, break down, and return the rental items by the agreed date, giving you creative control without purchasing décor you may only use once. Styling guidance may be provided for select rentals. A signed rental agreement and refundable security deposit are required. Additional charges may apply for damaged, missing, excessively soiled, or late-returned items. Availability and pricing vary by inventory and event needs.
