About Us
Grad Life Grind empowers first-generation and underrepresented students to navigate graduate school. Founded by Dr. Aeriell Armas, a Latina academic and clinical psychologist, we provide coaching, resources, and webinars to help students succeed. We also engage with universities and brands to promote educational equity. Our mission is to make higher education accessible and inclusive for all, especially those from marginalized backgrounds.
