**What products does GroAway plan to grow?**

We plan to produce a variety of crops including hydroponic leafy greens, herbs, microgreens, 14 specialty mushroom varieties, cut flowers, and specialty crops like saffron, wasabi, and ginger. We also plan to cultivate tree crops including coffee, cacao, banana, and finger lime. Lastly, we plan to generate biofertilizer and vermicompost from our closed-loop waste system.

**How does GroAway intend to operate year-round at a high altitude?**

We are building a resilient system that utilizes earth-bermed greenhouses with controlled environments, supported by LED lighting, hydroponic systems, and heat recovery from our biodigester. This setup will help us maintain consistent production levels throughout the winter.

**What does GroAway mean when they say they operate on a "closed-loop" system?**

A closed-loop system signifies that we design our farm to recycle organic outputs as inputs. For instance, crop residues feed our biodigester, which in turn produces valuable energy and liquid biofertilizer. The biofertilizer then supports the next crop cycle. This, combined with renewable energy, makes our system resilient and less dependent on external inputs.

**How can customers purchase products from GroAway?**

We plan to offer a variety of channels for our customers. These include CSA subscriptions, an on-site farm stand, farmers markets, and direct delivery to restaurants. Additionally, we are exploring the possibility of distribution partnerships through regional food hubs.

**Does GroAway offer wholesale or institutional accounts?**
