**What are the key services offered by Guandell & Sons LLC?**

We offer a range of services, which include same‑day courier or last‑mile delivery for fast local pickup and delivery, scheduled routes for recurring deliveries on set days and times, small‑load freight for flexible solutions for partial, smaller, or awkward loads, and long‑haul freight for reliable over‑the‑road transportation.

**How does the service request process work at Guandell & Sons LLC?**

Our primary goal is to capture a complete service request (lead) in chat so we can follow up and schedule or quote the job. Once we have all the necessary details, we'll review them and respond as soon as possible with a quote and availability.

**What information do I need to provide for a service request?**

For every quote or pickup request, we require your full name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time window for pickup and any delivery deadline, and load details such as what is being transported, approximate weight and dimensions, and number of items/pieces/pallets. If possible, photos or notes describing the condition or packaging of the items are also helpful.

**What is the service area of Guandell & Sons LLC?**

We are based near ZIP 95901 and can serve local and long-haul routes depending on scheduling and load. We always confirm the pickup and drop-off locations to ensure we can provide coverage.

**How does Guandell & Sons LLC handle payments and policies?**

Pricing depends on distance, timing, and load details. We’ll review your info and follow up with a quote and availability. We do not promise specific pricing, delivery times, insurance coverage, or capacity. If you have a deadline or special requirement, we take that into account when sending the quote.
