We are using a heavily researched four pillar program Prevention, Emergency, Transitional, Permanent housing to prevent homelessness. This program will be for those who are in marginalized communities, but do not qualify for chronic homelessness urgency or assistance. Those who may not be street homeless but living in in adequate housing. This program goes beyond housing but full lifestyle renovation and a second chance at success.
