Haven for Trey's mission is to support youth navigating grief, trauma, and life challenges by providing mentorship, structure, and faith-centered guidance that leads to healing, growth, and purpose. Our vision is to create a generation of youth who rise above trauma and adversity, becoming leaders, mentors, and examples within their communities.

Haven for Trey serves youth ages 10–25 in Hayward, California, especially those impacted by violence, loss, justice involvement (or at risk of involvement), and lack of mentorship/structure. Our program is unique because the youth are not just participants—they grow into leadership roles, becoming peer mentors and youth advisors. We combine faith, real-world guidance, and peer trust, and provide stipends for youth leaders when funding allows.
