Brave Heart Housing

Brave Heart Housing exists to provide dependable, dignified, move-in ready homes that honor the courage it takes to move forward. We partner with caseworkers to deliver safe, supportive co-living homes for veterans, survivors of domestic violence, re-entry individuals, aged-out foster youth, independent seniors, and people transitioning from homelessness. Our goal is for residents to stabilize, belong, and build what’s next. We are committed to serving our community.
