Steady is built for individuals in recovery, family members, partners, and friends or anyone who believes growth is built through small, intentional choices and that those steps deserve to be acknowledged. Inside the app, you'll find activity tracking and milestone recognition, the ability to connect with others and celebrate progress, reflective chat tailored to your experience, daily challenges designed to promote reflection, guided journaling prompts, a breathing tool, an initial risk assessment tool, a growing learning center with thoughtful, stigma-free content, easy access to the 988 crisis hotline. Steady is built on the belief that progress happens in everyday moments and those moments deserve to be acknowledged. This app is not a replacement for therapy, clinical treatment, or professional medical care.
