**What is the purpose of Hope Re-entry Housing?**

We provide safe, structured transitional housing and supportive accountability for justice-impacted individuals returning from incarceration. Our mission is to help these individuals stabilize, rebuild routines, and move towards employment and long-term independence.

**How can I apply for housing at Hope Re-entry Housing?**

**What information do I need to provide while applying for housing?**

When applying, you should be ready to provide your name, best contact information (phone or email), your current location (city/state), your release date (or expected release date), your current supervision status (probation / parole / none), your immediate housing need date, and any key constraints you want to flag (such as your employment schedule, transportation, etc.).

**I am a case manager/probation officer, how can I refer someone to your program?**

If you are a referral partner, you can send your referrals to hopereentryhousing@gmail.com. Please include referring agency/role, referrer name + phone/email, client name (or initials if needed), expected release date and/or current status, any deadlines/urgency, and any safety or compliance considerations you want us to be aware of (non-sensitive summary only).

**What happens after I submit my application or referral?**

After you have submitted your application or referral, we will review the information provided and follow up quickly. Please note that we do not guarantee bed availability, acceptance, timelines, or outcomes. We aim to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information based on the program’s current structure and the applicant's situation.
