Hot Grease is a Southern food pop-up serving crispy fried snapper, seasoned fries, and homemade tartar sauce. Rooted in Black Southern tradition, we create joyful spaces through food, music, and storytelling. 3% of every sale funds The Potlikker Line, our mutual aid fund supporting abortion access, postpartum care, and gender-affirming wellness. We feed more than the body—we nourish culture and community.
