**What is the policy for late arrivals or no-shows at House Of Alchemy?**

We have a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. If a guest is more than 10 minutes late without communication, the appointment is considered cancelled. For no-shows without a call, we charge 80% of the service cost. Repeated no-shows may result in no future appointments. However, emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis.
