**What items does House2home accept for donation?**
We accept almost everything as long as it is clean and in working condition. This can include household goods, furniture, appliances, and more. However, please note that we do not accept mattresses.

**What is the drop-off procedure for donations?**
Donations can be dropped off at our location: Pink Door Storage, 1351 Fulkerth Rd, Turlock, CA. Our regular drop-off hours are Monday–Friday, 12pm–3pm. If needed and pre-arranged, we can work with donors for weekend drop-offs or times outside regular hours. Large items like beds, couches, dining sets, large dressers, and appliances require an appointment.

**How do I donate large items?**
For large items such as beds, couches, dining sets, large dressers, and appliances, you're required to make an appointment. You can do this by completing our donation intake form or contacting us via email or text.

**What details are required for donation intake?**
When you decide to donate, we will need the following details: your name, email, phone (optional but recommended), item categories and detailed description, quantity and dimensions (if relevant), condition confirmation that the items are clean and working, photos of items (required), preferred drop-off timing, whether items are “large items” requiring an appointment, and any special notes (stairs, loading help needed, etc.).

**What are the contact options if I want to donate items?**
Our preferred contact method is through our donation form. However, if the link is unavailable, you can also reach us via email at house2home209@gmail.com or text us at 209-596-1928.
