    I&O Wellness empowers neurodiverse individuals, seniors, and underserved communities with customized support in breathing, movement, and nutrition. With 1 in 36 people diagnosed with autism and over 80% of seniors managing chronic illness, our science-informed tools reduce stress, improve sleep, and support daily function. We also help address asthma, which affects over 25 million Americans, by promoting better breathing habits.
