**What services are included in your complete vehicle detailing offering?**

We provide a comprehensive vehicle detailing service that includes thorough cleaning and care for all types of vehicles. This includes meticulous engine cleaning and maintenance as well as specialized tire and wheel cleaning. To make it even more convenient, we offer mobile neighborhood service, meaning we come to you with our van.

**How do I book my vehicle for detailing?**

You can book your vehicle for detailing by visiting our website at https://itsinthedetail.skipsites.com. There you will find our online form where you can provide your name, email, phone number, preferred booking date & time, and payment option. Your booking is not confirmed until you have made a deposit and we have double-confirmed the booking.

**What is your payment policy and how do I secure a booking?**

To secure a booking, we require a deposit. This deposit is included in the final payment and is held until service completion. All payments, including deposits, must be made by direct deposit to our National Bank of Australia (NAB) account at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking. Please use your full name and invoice number as the description/reference for the bank deposit. Your booking is not confirmed or scheduled until the deposit is received.

**What if I need to change or cancel my booking?**

If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. If a customer cancels or cannot make the full payment, all payments will be returned to their chosen account within 7–10 days of receipt.

**How do I file a complaint if I am not satisfied with the service?**

If you are not satisfied with our service, we request that you submit a complaint via our official form available on our website. We commit to resolving all issues as quickly as possible, but please note that no action can be taken until the complaint procedure is followed and the issues have been reviewed.
