There you will find our online form where you can provide your name, email, phone number, preferred booking date & time, and payment option. Your booking is not confirmed until you have made a deposit and we have double-confirmed the booking.

**What is your payment policy and how do I secure a booking?**

To secure a booking, we require a deposit. This deposit is included in the final payment and is held until service completion. All payments, including deposits, must be made by direct deposit to our National Bank of Australia (NAB) account at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking. Please use your full name and invoice number as the description/reference for the bank deposit. Your booking is not confirmed or scheduled until the deposit is received.

If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. If a customer cancels or cannot make the full payment, all payments will be returned to their chosen account within 7–10 days of receipt.
