**What is Jade X Fusion Fitness and what services do they offer?**

Jade X Fusion Fitness is a pole and aerial fitness studio located in Spanish Fork, Utah. We offer a range of classes for varied experience levels, from beginners to advanced students. Our classes include Pole Fitness, Aerial arts such as Lyra, Silks, and Hammock, and Skills & Mobility classes like Flexibility and Handstands. We also offer open gym access, private lessons, and host parties or events like birthdays and bachelorettes.

**I'm a beginner. Which class should I take first?**

As a beginner, we recommend starting with our Pole 1.0 or Lyra 1.0 classes. These are designed for beginners and will provide a solid foundation in pole or aerial fitness. We also offer a Hammock 1.0 class which is a great introduction to aerial fitness. Remember, our goal is to make sure you feel empowered, confident, and strong both physically and mentally.

**What should I wear or bring for my first class?**

For pole classes, we recommend shorts and a fitted shirt or tank top as the more skin exposed, the better for grip. For Hammock, Lyra, and Silks classes, leggings or yoga pants and a fitted shirt that isn't too loose or baggy are ideal. This helps protect your skin and ensures you can move safely. If you're unsure, any comfortable athletic clothing will do for your first class, and we can help you adjust for future classes.

**What is the cancellation policy for classes?**

To avoid a $5 fee, class cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the class start time. If you don't show up for a class you booked, there will be a $10 no-show fee. Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late may only join at the instructor’s discretion, to ensure safety. **How can I book a private party and what does it include?**

You can book a private party with us by filling out the Contact form on our website. Our parties typically last for 1.5 hours, including 1 hour of instructor-led time and 30 minutes of open play. The base rate is $200 for up to 9 guests, with an additional $10 per extra person. Please note, a $50 deposit is required to reserve your date and time, and this applies to the final balance.
