**What notary services does Jerness Professional Services, LLC offer?**

We offer a wide range of notary services including Remote Online Notarization (RON), mobile notary appointments, and general notary work. Our services are designed to be professional, reliable, and convenient for all our clients.

**How does Remote Online Notarization (RON) work?**

Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows you to complete notarizations remotely. This process involves secure online identity verification and notarization steps. It's a convenient option if you can't physically meet with a notary.

**Does Jerness Professional Services, LLC offer mobile notary services?**

Yes, we offer mobile notary services throughout Virginia. This means we can travel to your location for the notarization. Please note there is a travel fee associated with this service, which varies depending on the distance.

**What is the process to schedule a notary appointment?**

To schedule a notary appointment, you can contact us through our website at https://jernessprofessionalservices.com/. You will be asked to provide your full name, email address, city/ZIP in Virginia, the service needed, type of document(s), and your desired appointment date/time window. We offer flexible scheduling, including same-day availability when possible.

**What is the travel fee policy for mobile notary services?**

The travel fee for our mobile notary services is based on one-way distance bands. For instance, if your location is within 0-10 miles, the fee is $25. If it's within 11-20 miles, the fee is $35. The fee structure continues up to over 50 miles, which requires a custom quote.
