We are based in Charlotte, NC, and NYC, but we can serve areas outside these locations upon request via a contract. We offer both remote or in-person options, and our partnership scope can expand depending on the requirements.

**What are Jumprydz's payment policies?**

Payments are invoiced weekly or monthly, and pay-per-ride online is also available. Deposits or contracts are required for group bookings or first-time clients. These deposits are non-refundable for special contracts, but we offer a flexible change/cancellation policy per client agreement. We adhere to strict confidentiality and never share medical information, following all local and federal transport regulations.
