**What are the key services offered by K&D BBQ?**

We mainly offer BBQ catering services for various occasions. This includes on-site events, business lunches, and delivery services around the Alamogordo area. Our expertise lies in providing BBQ catering quotes, menu guidance, portion planning, and delivery coordination.

**When do you deliver business lunches and what is your service area?**

We deliver business lunches on weekdays, typically between 10:30am and 1:30pm. We serve Alamogordo, La Luz, Tularosa, and Boles Acres, and may be able to deliver to nearby areas. Delivery availability and any delivery cost depend on the address.

**What is your lead time or booking policy?**

We usually require a minimum notice of 2–3 weeks before the event date to book and plan. However, if your request falls within this period, we may already be booked. In that case, we recommend you call/text us at 575-491-8874 as soon as possible and we'll provide direct information.

**What are the menu options and packages offered by K&D BBQ?**

Our menu offers a selection of meats including brisket, pulled pork, and ribs, along with sides like mac-n-cheese, BBQ beans, coleslaw, and potato salad. We offer several packages like the Backyard Feast, Texas Smoke Spread, Pitmaster Experience, and Holy Smokes Package, each designed to serve different group sizes and includes a variety of our menu items.

**How can I get a fast quote from K&D BBQ?**

For a fast quote, we ask for three things: the event date/time, the number of people, and the delivery address. Once we have this information, we recommend 1–2 packages along with the price range. You're encouraged to call/text us at 575-491-8874 to finalize the details.

I am a one man business. I do catering services and also run a food trailer. A small operation with big flavor. My BBQ is a south Texas style with a touch of New Mexico flair.
