**What is the process to order a custom pair of shoes from Kagatto Shoe Making?**

At Kagatto Shoe Making, we prioritize a personalized experience. To order a custom pair of shoes, please email us at aqiidahmayengo@gmail.com with your name, shoe size, preferred style or design, and any inspiration photos or examples you may have. We will then get back to you promptly with helpful guidance on next steps.

**Can I provide examples or photos of shoe styles I like?**

Absolutely! We encourage you to send us any inspiration photos or examples of styles you like. This helps us to better understand your vision and enables us to create a truly unique pair of shoes tailored to your personal taste.

**How do you ensure accurate sizing and fit for the custom shoes?**

We take great care in ensuring a perfect fit for your custom shoes. During our consultation process, we will provide advice on sizing and request your exact measurements. Our expert artisans then use these measurements to craft your shoes to your specific needs.

**Is it possible to get a refund on custom orders?**

Our policy at Kagatto Shoe Making is that all custom work is final sale and non-refundable. This is because every pair is uniquely crafted according to individual specifications and cannot be resold. We ensure that we have a clear understanding of your requirements before we begin crafting your shoes to avoid any dissatisfaction.

**What is the payment process for a custom order?**

For all custom orders at Kagatto Shoe Making, we require a 30% deposit upfront. We accept this payment via several convenient methods, which we will discuss with you upon order confirmation. Please remember that since all our work is custom, it is final sale and non-refundable.
