Kansas City Sourdough Co. is a community-driven local business that specializes in crafting fresh, naturally-fermented sourdough bread and offering hands-on, in-person baking classes. Our goal is to make the craft of real bread and its tradition approachable for everyone. We're led by a former middle school teacher who has been a sourdough baker since 2017, and we've taught over 300 people in person since our launch.

Once you fill out the form with your name, email, and the number of people interested in a class, we will follow up with you in a timely and friendly manner.

**What is the payment policy for the classes?**

After confirming a booking for our baking classes, a 50% deposit is due upfront. The details of this transaction will be handled directly after confirmation. 

**Are online courses available?**
