Kansas City Sourdough is a small, local business dedicated to bringing wholesome, naturally fermented sourdough to the Kansas City community. I bake traditional sourdough bread, teach hands-on baking classes, and I plan to serve loaded sweet and savory sourdough waffles at local events. My mission is to make real, gut-friendly food more accessible, educational, and enjoyable for everyone.
