Karen Hearts Foundation is a woman- and minority-led nonprofit based in Memphis, Tennessee, dedicated to breaking cycles of poverty through education and workforce development. We provide free certifications, mentorship, and job placement support in high-demand fields like IT, healthcare, and skilled trades. By combining training with wraparound services, we equip underserved youth and families with the tools to achieve lasting economic mobility and build stronger communities.
