he Kicheko Project serves diverse communities across King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties—home to many East African, BIPOC, immigrant, and low-income populations. Rooted in the lived experiences of these communities, our work addresses critical gaps in access to culturally relevant mental health support, creative expression, financial literacy, and educational equity. We provide programs that preserve cultural identity and foster belonging—like African language education, youth-led media project
