The Koningin Founder Cohort

The Koningin Founder Cohort is an 8-week working cohort for founders who have already started their business and are trying to figure out how to operate it with more clarity, structure, and intention. Together, we work through the realities of running a business — financial readiness, operational structure, leadership, human capital, and organizational sustainability. This is not a lecture-based program or a mastermind. It is a collaborative working environment where founders lean on each other and work through the challenges of building something that can hold and grow. The cohort is intentionally small (6 founders) to allow for honest conversation, accountability, and real-time application.
