Ladies In Synch organization is a community -based” support group that creates a safe, uplifting space for Ladies to connect, heal and grow together. We offer events nights, journaling sessions, and great discussions, focused on friendships, relationships, and emotional well-being. Our programs address, serious issues, such as trauma, domestic violence, and mental health in a caring supportive environment.
