Our team of experts is always ready to provide you with the guidance you need.

**What are the shipping policies of Lara's Lillies?**

We offer free shipping for return customers, bundles, or orders over $50. We ship plants Monday through Friday. For same-day shipping, orders should be placed before 3pm EST. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or holidays and we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

**What should I do if my plant arrives damaged?**

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If your plant arrives damaged, please reach out to us directly at laraslilliesnmore@gmail.com. While we do everything we can to ensure your plant arrives in the best possible condition, carrier delays and weather conditions can sometimes result in leaf stress, which is rare but possible.

We are committed to providing you with not only the best selection of rare, tropical, and native plants, but also the best shopping experience.
