It is a street food-style doner kebab business focused on authentic European flavor. I use real French bakery pita, original Belgian sauces, and a mix of beef and lamb like you’d find in France or Germany. My goal is to bring that same quality and experience to the U.S., where it’s hard to find. I offer takeout and catering, and I’m working on opening a physical location soon to serve even more people.
