We offer a variety of programs designed to empower learners with confidence, communication skills, and cultural awareness. Our key offerings include virtual classes and online courses which focus on communication, confidence, and real-world professionalism. We also provide the Legacy Learning 101 — Reading & Writing Program, which includes weekly sessions with assessments and a free Social Etiquette bonus. Additionally, we offer ESL and workplace communication training, etiquette and professionalism workshops, personalized 1:1 coaching options, and corporate or organizational trainings. 

**What is the format and pricing of the Legacy Learning 101 - Reading & Writing Program?**

The Legacy Learning 101 program is a live virtual group session delivered via Microsoft Teams. We cap the group size at 6-8 students per session. Each session lasts 45 minutes and is held once per week. We conduct assessments after each session and provide recordings. The pricing for the program varies depending on the duration: a 4-week program costs $250 per student, an 8-week program is $450 per student, and a 12-week program is $800 per student. For 1-on-1 sessions, we ask visitors to contact us for a quote.

**Who is the Legacy Learning 101 program suitable for and what are the tech requirements?**

The Legacy Learning 101 program is best suited for middle school students through adult learners, including retirees. Students do not need to be currently enrolled in school to participate. In terms of tech requirements, any device with a microphone will work. We recommend using a laptop or tablet.

**What is the enrollment process and payment methods for the Legacy Learning 101 program?**

When a visitor is ready to enroll, we provide a Google Form for them to complete. This form collects details and schedule preferences. After the form is completed, we send an invoice. Once payment is received, we send a confirmation email with the next steps and a Microsoft Teams guest link. The total payment is due 1 week before the class begins. We accept payments via Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay.

**What are the policies for refunds, cancellations, and make-up sessions in the Legacy Learning 101 program?**

We do not offer refunds for the Legacy Learning 101 program. However, if a student needs to reschedule, they can do so into another session window, or pause and continue at a later date without needing to pay again until their funded session package is completed. We provide recordings of the sessions and offer make-up sessions on Sundays from 9:00am–12:00pm CT by appointment.
