**What are the options and pricing for private room rentals at Leylo Karaoke?**

At Leylo Karaoke, we offer three types of private rooms with varying capacities. Manor rooms can accommodate 1–4 guests, Chateau rooms can fit 5–8 guests, and the Imperial room can house up to 10 guests. The pricing is as follows:
- The Manor: $30/hr on weekdays, $35/hr on weekends
- The Chateau: $50/hr on weekdays, $55/hr on weekends
- The Imperial: $70/hr on weekdays, $75/hr on weekends. 

Please note that some peak-hour or minimum-time rules may apply on busy nights.

**What is Leylo Karaoke's policy on walk-ins and reservations?**

Both walk-ins and reservations are welcome at Leylo Karaoke, based on availability. However, we recommend reserving in advance, especially on weekends, to guarantee a room and time. Please make sure to check in within 5 minutes of your reservation time, as your room could be released if we haven’t heard from you.

**Does Leylo Karaoke offer any discounts or membership programs?**

Yes, we offer a student discount of 10% off the total bill with a valid student ID. We also have a membership program called the Royal Card, which costs $200 and includes up to 8 hours of karaoke, valid for Manor rooms only, and up to 4 people included. Members also receive 10% off everything and earn bonus reward points.

**How does the rewards points program work at Leylo Karaoke?**

Our Rewards Points program is free to join. Everyone earns 2 points per $1 spent, with members earning a bonus 4 points per $1 between 2PM and 5PM. Points can be redeemed for free drinks, free hours in the Manor or Chateau, discounts on your next visit, or even a free Membership for the Manor.

**What options does Leylo Karaoke offer for group and corporate bookings?**

For group and corporate bookings, we first confirm the group size, preferred date/time, and whether you want one large room or multiple rooms.
