We aggregate and enrich real tax lien and tax deed data from county websites. This allows you, as an investor, to quickly find and evaluate potential deals without spending hours clicking through scattered county portals.

**Which states or counties do you currently cover?**

We currently cover a range of counties in Texas, Florida, Arizona, California, and Georgia. We focus first on the largest and most active tax lien markets. However, our coverage is always expanding. If your state or county isn’t available yet, you can start a trial in a covered state to see how the platform works, or request your state/county and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s added.

**How does the pricing and access work?**

Our pricing is simple: $49/month for access to 1 state, $99/month for access to 2 states, and $199/month for unlimited state access. You can start with a 14-day free trial with no credit card required or book a demo if you prefer a guided walkthrough before deciding.

**If I cancel my subscription, do I lose access immediately?**

No, users can cancel anytime. When you cancel, your subscription is set to end at the close of the current billing period, so it does not end immediately.
