**What do I need to book a signing with Lumina Notary Services?**

To book a signing, you need to provide your full name, phone number, email address, the type of documents for notarization, property or signing address, preferred appointment date and time, and the number of signers. If it's loan-related, provide the deadline or funding date. It's also essential to mention the ID type available and if scanbacks are required. **What are your policies regarding document notarization?**

We do not provide legal advice or document interpretation. All signers must have valid ID, and no notarization will be performed without it. Documents must be filled (critical blanks done) before the appointment. Payment is due at the service, unless billed via an approved signing/title service. Completed notarizations are non-refundable, and we always prioritize client privacy and confidentiality.

We serve Central Illinois, including Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford, Marshall, Stark, Knox, and Fulton counties. Further travel is subject to case-by-case approval and possible extra fees. We also offer services at hospitals, jails, and assisted living facilities following their respective rules. After-hours and emergency services are available at premium rates.
