ConvoCoach

ConvoCoach is a trauma-informed, gender-responsive and emotionally safe AI-driven avatar that helps women who have experienced gender based violence build skills for healthy relationships at work and at home. With the AI Avatar, learners practice granular skills like setting boundaries, making requests and resolving conflicts in a private, safe and non-judgmental space. For example, they may want to self-advocate for better care at the obgyn's office or they may want to negotiate flextime at work to accommodate their mental healthcare needs without revealing too much details. The platform allows them to practice. It gives the option to set their own pace, define the difficulty level and learn emotion regulation skills. The Avatar not only steps them through a 15-minute conversation practicing the scenario, it also provides them feedback and resources for ongoing success.
