We simply ask every client to fill out a short form. We've had our Pro DMs go through a rigorous audition process and know their gaming styles. We take those forms from clients and match them to Pro DMs that will give them elevated TTRPG experiences without having to waste valuable time and money trying out multiple DMs that won't measure up to expectations due to payment for services.
