**What should I expect during the consultation process?**

During the consultation process, we will ask focused discovery questions to understand your unique needs and goals. These include your desired outcome, past attempts or barriers faced, urgency or timeline for help, and any budget considerations. Based on your responses, we will offer up to three tailored options or next steps.
