**What is the process for booking an appointment for DNA testing?**

To book an appointment, visit our booking link at https://calendly.com/meccatesting. We'll collect details such as your name, email, the type of test you need, whether the results need to be court-admissible, the number of participants and their ages, and your preferred appointment type. 

**What is your refund and cancellation policy?**

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and issued at our discretion. Administrative or handling fees may apply. Services that have been rendered, DNA kits that have been shipped, or tests initiated in the lab are non-refundable. There's a $75 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled time.

We are based in Detroit, MI and serve the Metro Detroit area and beyond. Depending on location and scheduling, mobile services may be available for clients who can't come to our location.
